The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application procedure.
Applications are now open and can shut on fifteen December 2024.
*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding
To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant will have to meet the following criteria:
• Be a South African citizen or copyright who originates from a home with a combined gross residence earnings that doesn't exceed R350 000 per annum.
• Persons with disabilities qualify if their combined house profits will not exceed R600 000 per annum.
• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and wish click here not post any proof of income.
*** Loan Scheme for the Missing Middle
The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is open up to all South African citizens and permanent inhabitants from households with combined R350 000 and R600 000 per annum.
Applicants are reminded to deliver the right Identification Doc numbers, names, and surname, as mirrored of their South African ID.
